There are 5 spring holes at the bottom, I will include 5 springs for it. The front edge rides in the black rail that screws into the body(pic), and there are 2 mini screws in the front of the rail that can adjust the angle of the edge.Each string saddle has a bearing/roller type string contact for stopping any binding or grabbing of the strings.
It's a very solid, well made 'knife edge' type unit. The body resembled a Stratocaster, hence the play on words, "Strategy". I will research this some more and correct/edit this info.Many were painted in a ridiculous pink, but some had other colors. This tremolo comes from a Schecter Strategy model, that was a short run of economy line guitars from them that may have been manufactured in Korea, or the U.S.
